Level 2 · Support you
Your teams learn the tool, on one of your trainings.
We do not explain the tool in the abstract. We start from a training you actually run, we spot what is likely to block its application, and we build the flow together. Your teams leave with a flow ready to publish and the method for the next ones.
No prerequisites — designed for a training department or a pedagogical team that is starting.

At this level, it is no longer about equipping one training. It is about making sure each training in your catalog is designed with its aftermath, that managers know which role to play, and that your trainers run these flows with the same standard.

Can we try it before paying?
Yes. The first session is free, with no card, on a real training with real participants.
Who handles it on our side?
Most often a head of pedagogy or a training officer designs and follows the flow. The trainer keeps the substance: the skills aimed at, and feedback to participants.
Our trainers are already at 100%. Who will follow the flows?
Designing a flow takes 1 to 2 hours, once, and it is reusable. After that, what remains is reading what comes back and responding: the platform takes the logistics, not the craft.
Does it replace our LMS?
No. Action Flow looks after what happens around the training, not the content.
Is it useful for Qualiopi?
The platform produces follow-up and evaluation material that can be used in an audit. It does not replace your quality process.
What if we do not know what to put on the timeline?
That is the most common case, and it is what level 2 is for.
