Terms of use
These terms govern the use of Action Flow, a post-training accompaniment platform published by Traindy (86 rue Damrémont, 75018 Paris, France).
Service
Action Flow lets you design flows, run sessions, invite participants and support contacts, send activities, schedule visios and track quality. The customer organisation is responsible for pedagogical content and the people it imports.
Account
Registration requires a verified email and acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. An account may be suspended or anonymized at your request or when you no longer belong to any organisation.
Organisations and participants
An organisation administrator warrants they have a legal basis to import participants and support contacts. Session data is kept for 3 years after the end date, then purged. Deleting the account of the sole owner of an organisation deletes that organisation and its resources.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to spam, bypass support consents, upload unlawful content, or place participant personal data in documents sent to the AI. Session credits are consumed at launch and are not refunded after a GDPR purge.
Artificial intelligence
Flow generation sends the text of your documents to an external AI provider (OpenAI by default). Proposals remain under your control: you must review them before publishing. Traindy does not warrant the accuracy of generated content.
Credits and payment
Credit packs are paid via Stripe. Invoices, consumption history and the Stripe customer are kept for about 10 years to meet French accounting duties, including after a session purge or organisation deletion (the live session link is then detached).
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Traindy is not liable for content entered by organisations, pedagogical decisions, or downtime of processors (Stripe, Mailtrap, calendars, AI provider).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time (anonymization). Traindy may suspend an account for breach of these terms. Expired sessions are purged under the 3-year retention policy.
Governing law
French law. Courts of Paris, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
