Everything happens on a timeline.
No one walks it alone.

Action Flow is a web application. On a timeline from D-10 to D+90, you place everything that should happen around a training: the participant’s activities, the manager’s prompts, the time between peers. You compose the flow once. The tool keeps the calendar and prompts each person at the right moment.

Three simple steps. Period.

  1. 01

    Create your training

Set the frame of your training: title, learning objectives, gamified progression, resource spaces…

  2. 02

    Create your flow

Use our AI to create a first version of your accompaniment flow, drawing on the latest research in cognitive science, or compose your first activities by hand.

  3. 03

    Launch your session

Import your participants and Action Flow sends them the activities at the right moment. You keep what cannot be automated: reading what comes back, giving feedback, nudging whoever drops off.

The participant, their manager, their peers.

Each has their own thread and their own prompts. The manager’s line is what separates a transfer flow from a training that has been stretched out. Without a chance to apply and someone to talk about it with, the best content falls flat.

The manager and the peers are invited by the participant, and they can decline. No one is enrolled without knowing.

Three families of activities, three effects.

A flow that covers only one leaves transfer halfway: people remember without knowing what to do with it, understand without ever trying, or try once before forgetting.

  1. 01

    Memory

    • Quiz
    • Guided recall
    • Active recall at spaced intervals

    Effect

What was learned is still available on the day a chance to use it appears.

  2. 02

    Reflection

    • Self-assessment before and after
    • Reflective review
    • Sharing group

    Effect

The participant knows what they need to do differently, and why the effort is worth it.

  3. 03

    Action

    • Action plan in the “when… then…” format
    • Dated practice
    • Live session with the trainer

    Effect

The intention becomes a dated act that someone else is waiting for.

Each activity is tied to one of your learning objectives. When an objective stays uncovered, the tool tells you.

Follow-up

You see what happens after the room.

No account, no password.

The participant receives an email, clicks, answers. Each activity takes a few minutes. Reminders go out automatically before the deadline, never on the weekend.

A transfer facilitator, not an autopilot.

Action Flow transfers nothing in anyone’s place. It removes the organizational load: remembering who should be prompted, when, and with which message.

What the platform handles

  • Keeping the flow calendar, from D-10 to D+90
  • Sending each person their prompt at the planned moment
  • Nudging those who drop off
  • Making visible who did what

What stays in each person’s hands

  • The participant

They try the move in their daily work, often without succeeding the first time.

  • The manager

They create the chance to apply and show that it matters.

  • The peers

They share their attempts and make the effort less solitary.

  • The trainer

They design the flow and stay reachable at the key moments. It is their pedagogy that circulates, not the tool’s.

In your environment.

Action Flow does not replace your LMS: it looks after what happens around the training, not the content. Data can be exported. Connecting to training-management tools is in preparation.

And for your trainings, what would it look like?

Share one of your trainings with us and, in thirty minutes, we analyze together how to multiply its impact through effective transfer engineering.
